Dulcie Smart plays lead and supporting roles in US, German and New Zealand TV films and independant features - directors include the Wachowskis, Tom Tykwer, Margarethe von Trotta and Mike Newell, opposite major stars including Tom Hanks, Halle Berry & Eddie Albert. She worked with legendary Polish director Krzysztof Kieslowski in the workshop/documentary 'Kieslowski: A Masterclass for Young Directors'. She has acts in English and German with a variety of British, US, Canadian, German and German Jewish accents, and has played a role in Hebrew. Dulcie Smart is also one of Germany's top English-language voice actors, specializing in documentaries, art, science, poetry and animation. Before she moved to Germany in 1991 she was a leading stage actress in New Zealand.
