The prices apply for the artist presentation on the castingvideos and Crew United websites.*
The contracts for use of the products and offers named below can only be concluded with Crew United. The contract term amounts to one year in each case and is extended automatically unless the contract is terminated at least 14 days prior to its expiry. Registration
For those actresses and actors whose show reels are already being hosted by castingvideos, we recommend upgrading to Premium Member video+ status.
Visiting our website and use of all of the features and commands that are accessible to all users (e.g. viewing the show reels, using the Name Search and Casting Search commands) are free of charge and no registration is required.
Special option for graduates: Graduates from a recognised acting school (eligible for state student loans/repayable grants, etc.) receive the Premium Member video+ status free of charge in the first two years after graduation. (more information )

Graduate Offer
For acting students and graduates of a recognized drama school, there is the graduate offer. This means a free upgrade to the "Premium Member video+" status for up to two years. At the end of the graduate offer, the membership status automatically becomes a free entry, so there is no risk of an unwanted chargeable extension.
The use of the MediaManager for managing audio and video clips is free of charge.
The graduate offer can be availed for a maximum of two years up to a maximum of two years after completing the acting training (deregistration or end of the training contract). If desired, the graduate offer can be availed during the training period (usually from the second year of training) as well.
With this special offer, we, Crew United and Schauspielervideos, want to facilitate the entry of professionally trained newcomers into the industry. Give them enough time to gain first experiences on the open market and collect material for their showreel, perhaps process some disappointments, learn to be patient... In other words: to understand what it means to compete as a freelance actor and to maintain motivation, faith in oneself, and one's talent.
How to avail the graduate offer
(Those who are already members of Crew United start with step 2)
- Please register on the website of Crew United as an actor (free of charge).
- Send us the link to the graduate list of your training institution or a copy of your degree certificate. If you want to use the graduate offer during your studies - that is, before completing it - we need a current proof of enrolment.
- We will make you a Premium Member video+ free of charge.
Note: Casters can search specifically for graduates in the professional field.
Further education, workshops, job-related seminars, etc. - even at a recognized training institution - do not qualify as education under the graduate offer. You can find out when and how to register with Schauspielervideos in general here.
Legal Notice: The graduate offer is an unpaid, voluntary, and revocable service provided by Schauspielervideos - Cordua & Althammer GbR in collaboration with Crew United - Lutz and Zenglein GbR. Revocation and other changes are therefore reserved.
* The provision of the services on the website of castingvideos represents a cost-free, voluntary additional service for Premium Members that is provided by Crew United together with castingvideos and said service may be withdrawn at any time. Thus the right is reserved to withdraw or otherwise change or amend same.
** The receipt of cinearte represents a cost-free, voluntary additional service for Premium Members that is provided by Crew United together with Peter Hartig and said service may be withdrawn at any time. Thus the right is reserved to withdraw or otherwise change or amend receipt of same.
*** All of the clients you set up receive the free-of-charge but restricted Basic Member status at both castingvideos and Crew United. Only when you as an agency choose the Premium Member complete status, do all of your clients automatically receive the Premium status. However each of your clients can book and pay for the Premium status or Premium video+ status by themselves. Furthermore, you clients can update the data on their own profiles via their own log-in. All of the options available to you for presenting your clients can be found above in the description of services for actresses/actors, and/or at Crew United in the description of services for freelancers.
